This is what Zenvlo does today to protect it. We only list what is true, and we will add to this page as we do more.

Roles and permissions

Decide who can see and change each part of the product. Reps see their own records; managers see the team.

Every change records who did it, when and from where. Platform admins can review it, and old records move to an archive on a schedule.

Each company’s data is kept apart. A request is always checked against the workspace it came from.

Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. Sessions renew automatically and end when an account is disabled.

If our team ever needs to see what you see, it needs a written reason, ends after 30 minutes, and is recorded in your audit trail.

Engage sends through Meta’s official WhatsApp Business API with approved templates, never through unofficial tools.

Customer data requests and deletion requests from Shopify are handled through the required privacy webhooks.

Export your records as CSV whenever you want.
