How message charges work (zero markup)

Why this is different

Many tools buy WhatsApp messages in bulk and resell them to you with a markup, and show you one bundled price. With Zenvlo Engage your WhatsApp number lives in your own Meta business account. Zenvlo is the software that connects to it.

What you pay Meta for

WhatsApp conversation charges for templates and service messages are billed by Meta to the payment method on your Meta Business account, not by Zenvlo. Meta decides the rates and the rules, and can change them. Replies inside the 24-hour customer care window follow Meta’s current pricing. Check Meta’s own pricing page for today’s numbers.

Instagram messaging through the official API has no per-message fee from Meta.

What you pay Zenvlo for

• Your plan (Starter, Growth, Business, Creator or the Suite). A fixed monthly price in rupees. See pricing.
• AI replies, if you use them. These are not a Meta charge. They use a prepaid AI Wallet in rupees that you top up (minimum ₹50), and each AI reply deducts a small amount. Zenvlo shows the rate in your wallet. You only pay for replies the AI actually sends.

Set up your Meta payment method

   Open Meta Business Settings for the business portfolio you used when you connected WhatsApp.

   Find your WhatsApp Business account and open its payment settings.

   Add a payment method (card or the option Meta offers in your country). Meta shows its own steps.

   Keep it valid. If Meta cannot charge you, Meta can pause your sending. Zenvlo cannot fix that for you.
